Former wife of bombastic actor Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller, was busted for possession of cocaine in early December and has been granted the ability to attend an outpatient program at a Bay Area substance abuse facility which will allow her to stay with her children in the evenings and be treated during the day at the facility. Brooke is no stranger to drugs and has had repeated problems staying free of illegal drugs over the years. From what one gossip site has suggested, Charlie Sheen will not be seeking custody of the twin boys and approves of the program in which Brooke has placed herself for treatment.
